We are almost ready for Thanksgiving thanks to the Heritage Meat Shop. I worked with The Livestock Conservancy (ALBC) on boarding many of these rare breeds to the Slow Food Ark of Taste and, as my grandmother used to say, “it warms the cockles of my heart” to see them now in the marketplace.
